Filter change questions
How often do filters need changing?
Our whole-house filters are changed every 15 months, much longer than some competitors' 6-month filters. You'll get a text message reminder when your filters are due, so there's nothing to keep track of.
Do I have to remember when my filters are due?
No. Your filters are changed every 15 months, and we send you a reminder when they're due. We also send a short video showing how to change them, and we leave the tools with you so you can change your own filters.
What's inside the 3-stage system?
Stage 1 is a polyspun sediment pre-filter (1 micron) that catches dirt, sediment, silt and algae. Stage 2 is an anti-scale coconut carbon block (1 micron) that reduces scale, chlorine, odours and heavy metals. Stage 3 is a carbon block filter (1 micron) that removes harsh chemicals and extends filter life. The filters are 20" x 4.5", about twice the size of most competitors' cartridges.
