One tap isn't enough
Many companies will sell you a small under-sink or tap filter. Those only treat drinking water from one tap. A whole-house system treats all the water entering your home.

Perth's water carries 180–220 mg/L of calcium and magnesium. Our whole-house system with a Puretec softener filters and softens, for clean, soft water at every tap. It's the system Sean recommends for most Perth families.

Whole-house filtration FAQs
How much does a whole-house water filtration system cost?
Our premium whole-house triple filter package is $2,845 including GST, fully installed. That's complete filtration for every tap, shower and appliance in your home, and it includes both colour-coded and stainless steel covers so the system blends in with your home's outdoor space. There are no hidden costs: the price is fully installed by qualified, licensed installers.
What's inside the 3-stage system?
Stage 1 is a polyspun sediment pre-filter (1 micron) that catches dirt, sediment, silt and algae. Stage 2 is an anti-scale coconut carbon block (1 micron) that reduces scale, chlorine, odours and heavy metals. Stage 3 is a carbon block filter (1 micron) that removes harsh chemicals and extends filter life. The filters are 20" x 4.5", about twice the size of most competitors' cartridges.
Why does 1 micron filtration matter?
Our system filters to 1 micron at every stage, which removes 90%+ of contaminants. Most companies only offer 5 micron. For perspective, a human hair is about 70 microns across.
Can I just use a jug filter or a tap filter?
Jug filters and single-tap filters only treat drinking water from one source. They leave showers, baths and every other tap on chlorinated water, and they don't address hard water at all. Jug filters also cost far more per litre than a whole-house system and need constant refilling. If you want to look after your family and your appliances, a whole-house system is the complete solution.
How often do filters need changing?
Our whole-house filters are changed every 15 months, much longer than some competitors' 6-month filters. You'll get a text message reminder when your filters are due, so there's nothing to keep track of.
Can I install a whole-house water filter myself?
No. Whole-house systems must be installed by a licensed plumber and should be installed to WaterMark standards. Professional installation ensures compliance and proper function, and it protects your warranty. All our installations are done by experienced, licensed plumbers.
How are you different from the big national companies?
We're local, honest and focused on your family's water, not sales targets. Our filters last around 15 months (versus some larger competitors' 6), can cost half as much and have twice the capacity. We don't lock you into contracts, we offer interest-free financing, and we're always easy to reach for service. Our systems can also be painted to blend in with your home.
